I went to this hospital ER 2 weeks ago, was told by the attending physician that a referral would be faxed to a dermatologist. I called the dermatologist office today, they said they did not receive the referral at all. Very poor service & health care in treating patients with an emergency needs.Hope they can fixed this error & improve their services.
To be honest this hospital is getting worst over time sadly. We had to wait for 6 hours to see a doctor and yet we haven’t seen anyone. Nurses just chatting and not doing their job and rude for no reason. The system here is falling apart. Hope they will change staff or management or do something about it.
I have been to many other hospitals emergency departments but Grace hospital is my local hospital and in the last 20 years I see how they have improved and now they have become one of the best emergency departments that I've been to so far. The longest time I spent for any reason for myself or my family has not been more than 6 hours but the average so far has been 4 hours. Kudos to the doctor and the hospital management team. Over all it was a good experience, the staff were extremely nice and knowledgeable.
Our experience in the Emergency Department was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. After waiting four hours to see a doctor, a CT scan was ordered. We then waited an additional 1.5 hours before checking on the status of the scan at approximately 2:45 a.m. At that point, we were informed that the CT order had only just been submitted because the doctor had forgotten to place it.
