It takes a lot for me to get this upset but Grace Dental has done it. They have to most incompetent front office staff, I got my scan done at Stanford and flowed up via phone, email and text with Rachael probably about 25x. Despite all this they kept sending me info with someone else's record, quoting using wrong insurance and basically getting everything mixed up, such incompetence is shocking from a medical office. I just watched them spend 2 days having my girlfriend go through hoops pre-surgery to get this ready when all the office had to do was ask her to pick up the xrays from where she had them done. On the day of the surgery they still told her everything was fine when it was not, then blamed her for their staff members lack of competence. She ended up taking half a day off work, and they could not get it together. Most horrible medical experience I have ever witnessed precare. Wow.
Personable service and follow up. I highly recommend this practice. My kids feel safe and are well cared for.
Bad. Bad. Bad. One of 2 things with this place; they either pay for good reviews/offer "incentives" or they make fake profiles and give themselves good reviews online. There is in no way possible that Grace Dental has even 1 star rating. Walked in this place for an 8am appointment and was out the door before 8:02am looking online for a new Dentist/Orthodontist. Don't make the mistake of going to a bad dentist, you will end up paying for it in more than one way down the road
