absolutely love my hair! It’s so smooth, shiny, and frizz-free without looking damaged. The stylist explained every step of the process and made sure my hair stayed healthy. My morning routine is now less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend. All treatment done by Raj she is amazing . 10 stars .
They were very unprofessional. When I arrived at the salon, it was extremely hot inside, and I was sweating the entire time. I asked the owner if the AC was broken, and she told me that they had turned it off earlier because they were closing soon My appointment was at 6:00 PM, and they close at 7:00 PM, so I don’t understand why the AC would be turned off while they still had a scheduled appointment. I had a very disappointing experience. I called to ask about threading services, but the owner was very rude and did not listen to my full question. Good customer service means being patient and respectful with customers. I hope they improve their communication and attitude in the future.
