I wish to start by saying I found the staff nice and professional. But I went to test drive a vehicle this morning based on their Cargurus.com advertising. what I found was the vehicle did not match the advertisement. I realized the discrepancy and asked the salesperson. I pulled up their ad and asked if she could explain the options and car fax discrepancy. she could not. Horrible customer service! Worked with Sarah and decided to go with my own financial institution versus buy here pay here. She was more focused on eating lunch than clarifying the ends and outs of the loan amount. Made a $2000 mistake on paperwork sent to bank. No empathy from management there or desire to correct the mistake! Definitely will not recommend this dealership to anyone �
It’s an awesome place to and get a used car. Dawn was super helpful and made sure I left in an a car but also well satisfied.
