Shawn came through with timely, same day service; actually at almost closing time because I needed to pick my children up from school. He fixed one spring and upgraded the other, explained the problems, gave me tips for future use, and lubricated my rollers and hinges in less than an hour. The price was competitive and reasonable. Garage door came off the tracks when I forgot I had a bicycle on the back and drove into the garage hitting the door, door landed on top of my truck. Called GR8 was told they would be here in 2 hours and they did. The technician David was a very nice and knowledgeable, in less than an hour the door was up and working as if nothing had happened. Very pleased with their service and highly recommend
