A Practice With the Highest Integrity I just moved to Michigan--Grand Rapids-- and was at a loss to find a dental practice I could trust. My experience with Grand Rapids Family Dental was superb. The office staff were responsive to my scheduling needs. The hygienist, Kim, was gentle, yet thorough. Dr. Steve didn't try to upsell me treatments that were not necessary. He gave me the sense that he would keep an eye on things, and only recommend those treatments that were dentally necessary. I am recommending GRFD to my husband.... read more
The entire staff is very kind and caring. They are there to help each and every patient. I really appreciated having all my questions answered and my concerns heard fully. I have dealt with many dentists in my life time...and believe me when I say Grand Rapid Dental is one that is gentle and kind.

Friendliness, Efficiency, and Quality All of the staff members were very friendly and remembered me from my previous visit. The asked questions about my life and things I had mentioned at my first appointment. Additionally, there was little wait time and they got me in right away. Their work is of the highest quality and I felt like everything runs very efficiently. Very pleased with my experience at GR Family Dental!

Cleaning My cleaning date with Heather was great. She is always cheerful and has a constant smile. She is thorough and a consummate professional. I have had other hygienists clean my teeth before - but I will change my cleaning date just so Heather does it.

very friendly person (Sarah) who explained... It was very nice to have my teeth cleaned and whatever else she did. I sure was relaxed and confident she was doing everything excellently. She made me feel relaxed. A very wonderful experience.
