Love going to the office, everyone is so nice and always helpful
They're very professional and friendly. Very patient with paperwork. Great service, the dentists are very patient with answering questions without making you feel inadequate about the subject. They're also very personable and don't treat you as a case number. The dentist himself would get prize quotes prior to working on your issue and very great at meeting your needs as to what you wane spent out of pocket. Sami was scheduled to clean my teeth and has done so since I started coming to this practice. She was called away because of family needs. Sarah substituted and did an outstanding job. She was thorough, worked hard and spent a lot of time getting it done just right. She was funny and charming to boot. Dr. Stephen Mancewicz did the exam and reviewed my X-rays and went over my treatment options. I feel very comfortable under his care.
You have squeezed me in on a couple of occasions on short notice to have dental work done on crowns. Thanks for your flexibility and helping someone from out of town.
My hygienist was very friendly and did a very thorough job. The office is friendly and inviting.
I did not have to wait. They called me in right on my appointment time. Let me know the results of x-rays and chatted about cleaning and mouth care habits. A very relaxing atmosphere and friendly and caring employees.
Have been seeing Dr M for a dozen or more years. Staff is absolutely terrific, Drs are very knowledgable and proficient. Spent very little time in the waiting room. I have always been very happy with the care I've received, and as fun as the staff is, I wish I had more dental problems. Well, not really.
I appreciate GR Family Dental because they're down-to-earth and don't do a lot of unnecessary work. They are competent, punctual, and efficient.
I feel it's family every time I'm there. Good quality care and good quality caring. I've had Kim clean my teeth for a number of years and feel I've had the best care than any previous hygienists gave me. I've known Gary for years and even though he is a friend and fellow parishioner at my church...I feel he's a great dentist and makes sure my mouth is healthy and free from problems and pain.
