Hygienist was efficient without gouging gums, scraping enamel off teeth, etc. This was the most pleasant cleaning experience I've ever had. My teeth feel clean and free of plaque. (I bought a WaterPik based on her evaluation of my back molars which I have not been flossing adequately.) I did not have to wait for my appointment and was taken in upon my arrival which was early.
Had an emergency cracked tooth and was handled immediately great customer service. Also the friendliest staff to take care of me.
