I was visiting Grand Rapids from Upper Michigan and I had an emergency. The receptionist was so very kind and compassionate. They got me in for treatment right away. I am very satisfied with the work done. Everyone in the office treated me with kindness. I highly recommend GR Family Dental. They are amazing!

I was very discouraged at how condescending Dr. Ellis was to me. I had an issue that I needed fixed, that I knew he could fix, but because he wants me to do a more expensive procedure that I'm not ready to do yet, he didn't help me. I've been a patient of his for a very long time, but I will not be going back. I was able to get into another dentist today. They were kind, they listened, and they fixed the issue that I was having.
