In an emergency, The behavioral health and dental staff never answer the phones and will be sitting at the front station talking about their personal lives, vacations and talking about each other instead of servicing clients. I’ve been a nurse for 23 years and I see this all of the time. Sad but true.
I show up to get intake and I get turned away to call the desk to set up intake they don't ever answer the phone yall playing with my mental health somebody needs to do something about this !
Doctor Zeni is the best Dentist I have ever seen!!!
This place is ran horribly and I work in dr offices as an medical assistant so i know. You schedule an appointment there which is pointless because you will be waiting for at minimum an hour to see an actual physician. There is no effort on neither the dental assistants or doctors parts to adhere to some sort of schedule. Not to mention waiting room is packed to the gills, maybe 25-35 people at one time in a small waiting room. It’s giving covid all over again! Docs are ok. Front desk is horrible. No one likes to do their job properly so prepare yourself to do a lot of running around with these guys. You can complain about it with the proper staff and just get told that it will be sent to the "supervisor" and nothing will get done. Avoid at all cost. Worst GPHA location in the city.
