A pipe busted in the utility closet two nights ago, and it flooded the kitchen tiles and dining room rug. The property manager is refusing to have the floors cleaned. It smells like mildew in the utility closet, and she won’t get a dehumidifier in here at all. I’m sure my cat and I will die of black mold before I can afford to move. The property manager said for me to rent a rug doctor and clean everything myself. I’m a disabled veteran too.
