Texas borders Mexico along the Rio Grande and embraces mountain ranges and canyons to the west; lakes, plantations and pine forests to the east; plains to the north; citrus groves, Gulf of Mexico beaches and low-lying alluvial plains to the south; and rolling hill country and cl... read more

After the fiasco in North Carolina I would think Texas would have better things to do than vote on a "bathroom bill" Please don't embarrass us like Rick Perry did monthly.

This state is being run by bigots. Texas is supposed to value freedom and small government - what a joke.

Hello, I have been following the story of the dead animals being dumped at an area of Dallas for a little over a year. As someone that considers myself an animal lover, I am often mystified by the complete lack of support, cooperation and help other animal advocates receive from their local government agencies. They defund Planned Parenthood? No birth control? No health care? No access and referrals to abortion services (which is a FEDERAL LAW and RIGHT)? Then let's practice the safest form of birth control of all (which will reduce abortions - guaranteed)! Stop having sex with your husbands, boyfriends and significant others. No sex until the rights ... read more

If I could give you no stars I would. You have no respect for the people that live in this state. You continue to cut funding and programs for the women, children and men of Texas and completely ignore the consequences it'll have on them. I thought it couldn't get worse than Rick Perry, but here you are. Your fight against abortion will continue to harm the women of this state and if you get what you want, it will eventually start killing them (reference a time when abortions were illegal and back ally service or self induce... read more
