I do not understand this at all. This is our history. Do what Alabama did .... make a law to protect them... The conferate war was not about the blacks, Robert E. Lee did not own slaves nor did he beleive in slavery..... THIS HAS TO STOP, IF THIS DON'T STOP.... THEY WILL NEVER STOP..... The statues are not about hatred towards black... read more

You dropped the ball. Plain and simple. Southeast Texas (even though you were fully informed beforehand) was not issued a mandatory evacuation until AFTER everything was flooded and No one had a way out. YOU are the cause of the multitudes of lives lost. YOU should have demanded the mandatory evac BEFORE the situation became this bad. YOU are to blame and YOU will answer to this disastrous handling of this entire situation. You should have taken care of us. But you didn't.

Dear Gov. Greg Abbot. Hopefully your office coul shed some light on why the bllion a day industries surunding Houston Texas arent being called upon to help the people in those areas. Honestly if HEB can come out of pocket to help that community why isnt Exxon BP an countless others not being called upon by the state. As i read yesterday the Gov. Office approved aid from Mexico. I just dont see that how hats right.
