I recently received a letter from DPS, telling me that this was the year that I could not renew on-line, but had to come in for a new picture, eye-test, etc. The letter also stated that, in order to comply with DHS requirements for state ids, I needed to bring in my birth certificate and social security card. I took care of this today, but was somewhat surprised to find that nobody asked to see my birth certificate or soc sec card. They just looked at my old (non-compliant?) Texas has an awesome Governor, after living in Chicago for 20 years I think I know what a bad Governor is.
Governor Abbott will you put a stop to what's going on in this state of Texas ? Dallas in paticular, the DISD and Mayor Rawlins takeing down our history. They can't hide our history this way. Wanting to take down everything and rename everything that has anything to do with Confederacy. This is crazy. Why is our governor not protecting our history? Why are monuments being removed and buildings names being changed? Can the governor not protect our history? Does he not have anything to say about this?
Removing statues that represent this countries history is the stupidest thing happening in this country. First the civil war, what next? Vietnam, well heck it was more controversial than the Civil War was. Hope your next job is driving a garbage truck, then you will know what its like to work for a living.
Several weeks ago you promised to take care of gas situation even if you had to bring gas from Oklahoma! WHERE IS IT?? I own Kerr Villa Kountry Store at Interstate 10 & Harper Rd. For past 2 weeks I have not received a full gas load...have given out of gas several times😩😩 Looks like I will give out again before weekend😡 How am I to pay my employees and pay my bills?? Please look into gas problems and do something about it!!
