Governor Abbott. I watched the special report you had this morning on the news in regards to school safety. I was pleased at the way you are handling this problem proactively. I did not hear anything about school bullying or school programs addressing school bullying. I think that the culture school kids are in today prevent speaking out when someone is being bullied etc.....is perhaps another problem that if addressed would reduce school shootings.
