I think it is shameful that the Tx gov. is trying to stop syrians who need a safe place to live with their families in peace is trying to ban them. I think he should be forced to go stay at a bombed out village there and see how long ge can survive....maybe he would learn about compassion

Since the first announcement was made that Texas refuses to help refugees from the Middle East, I have seen numerous posts that we must put our American homeless populations first before helping other countries. I am requesting that funds be directed in light of this consensus to all Texas homeless coalitions so we can apply the Housing First model to end homelessness immediately. Thank you.
