The best in the business
This company caused our closing to be delayed a week, after we were ahead of schedule. Everyone else was on the ball, getting paperwork delivered and signed asap. This appraiser took every bit of their ten days and then took their sweet time to deliver what needed to be done. Then went out and "discovered" they missed something so they had to go back out a THIRD time, causing our closing to delay AGAIN. Incompetence or money grabbing? I'm not sure and don't care. I have nothing but great things to say about Mills, Biggs, Haire & Reisert Appraisal Services. I have used them a couple times the past few months and each time, communication has been fantastic and they are extremely quick to coordinate a time to get out to the home. Not only that, but we have received the appraisal reports shortly after which is rare with appraisals. Couldn't recommend them enough, thanks for being so wonderful!
