It’s average. No dishwasher or laundry hookups. It has two laundry facilities, usually well kept, often gets vandalized (clean but broken). (UPDATE: They switched over from coin operated machines to contactless pay.) The complex is gated. Weekly lawn maintenance. Sewer and trash are taken care of. Nice cold AC. The office staff are pleasant and efficient. The handymen are hard working and get what you need fixed right and in a timely manner. Rent is still paid using inconvenient money orders.
