I drove across town craving decent pho and left so frustrated lmao. The broth tasted watered down and weirdly sour from sitting overnight, barely any beef slices mixed in mountains of bean sprouts. Fried egg rolls have that gross bitter old oil taste that ruins every bite. Delivery always gets made first so dine-in waits drag on forever, staff don’t care at all if you complain about gritty veggies or debris in your noodles. Save your meal budget and hit the noodle shop a few blocks over instead.
Good was terrible. Wonton soup had no flavor, and Kung Pao Chicken was mostly celery. Terrible disappointing.
