I regret not reading the comments before visiting. Although Dr. Shuangli Wang might be a competent doctor, I didn't get the chance to meet her. She doesn't accept patients with Medicare, and even those with private insurance are turned away if they have Medicare. This was very disappointing, especially when unwell, having scheduled an appointment, and arranged to leave work early, only to have nothing resolved.
Karen Woo, most incompetent doctor! She’s just there to either scam your Medicare or take your cash. Utterly disgraceful doctor. Dad had issues that were simply brushed off. Went to get another up opinion from another doctor and a cardiac condition was picked up. Please don’t need a doctor or even work in medical if you have 0 patient care!
Can't even give it a 1 star, has very lazy reception staff that can't answer the phone. Tried for over an hour and just rang out. Very unprofessional.
This practise does not take new Caucasian patients - would be helpful to know this before someone travels to come and make an appointment because nobody answers the phone - extremely disappointed -Tane a blessing in disguise as it looked like a farse to rip people off through Medicare
