Josh and Julianna were amazing to work with! They have a great selection and really provided a consultative approach. The Roman shades came out terrific! Would highly recommend for any drapery or blinds!

We recently installed new windows in our home and we were dreading the process of adding window coverings to them. After doing a google search we found Gotcha Covered and are thrilled to say the experience was fantastic. From the first interaction on the phone with Juliana, to selecting blinds with Josh, all the way through to installation, we are 100% thrilled with the blinds. In the near future we plan to update the rest of our doors and windows and plan to use Gotcha Covered.
I met Josh & Julianna at the PGH home show and was in a pinch to get blinds before hosting an exchange student. Julianna came right away, it was great to see all the samples, and she gave good suggestions. It has been a pleasure working with Gotcha Covered. Julianna is responsive, organized, and provided great guidance when I was selecting our window covering. She also provided clear communication throughout the entire process. Installation day was efficient and everything went smoothly. I love the final look of our Roman shade, both the design and color choice. I would definitely work with them again and recommend them to others!
