I contacted Gotcha Covered because our automated blinds were not closing fully. They did a quick diagnosis over the phone and set up a time for a technician to come to the house to confirm the problem and repair it. The tech arrived on schedule, and the original diagnosis was spot on. He quickly made the repair. They were so helpful, and we greatly appreciate their prompt attention. We are selling our house and will call them when we find our new place.
