Worst company ever. Ordered a transmission on April 20 they were paid immediately with my debit on April 21 funds were deducted. I gave them 2 weeks after before calling and they stated a part hadn't arrived but it will ship in a few days . I called weekly, every week was a different excuse. Cant find shipping due to the coronavirus, if that's the case stop taking orders. My 2004 Chevy Tahoe needed a new transmission asap. The truck is my only form of transportation for work and I also have 3 small children. They don’t ship your order out correctly if they ever ship it at all. Transmission shows up with no converter so the waiting game begins. After getting the remainder of the order the transmission only last 1500 miles in what is a weekend driving vehicle. Now with transmission out of the truck and phone calls since May of this year I’m still not seeing any results. order a transmission on April 7th 2020. was told 7 to 14 days to be built and shipped to New York. it is now June 10th 2020. they do not answer the phone. will not call me back. took my $1300, 2 months later no transmission cant get a hold of them, scam.
it took 3 transmissions before I finally got a good one then they tell me they are going to refund me some of my money for the labor and they told me they would reimburse me 600 dollars. I have had my tracking number since march 19th 2020 I call almost everyday and every day it is excuse after excuse. Defrauded out of $899.00! On Feb 5, 2020 I bought a transmission on their web site, and paid in full with my debit card. with in minutes i received a call to go over the options i picked. then i received an email stating to allow 7 to 10 business days for building, testing and included the invoice showing paid in full. Ordered a transmission from them...recieved it put it in and the transmission didnt work right off the bat, called them 2 months ago they said they were sending us a new transmission after a month I called again and still 2 months later nothing no transmission nothing they avoid my emails and they have dodged my calls! they suck! early November I order a transmission and was told to expect it in 7-10 days. 11 days later called and was told parts were on order. be shipped by the end of the week. following Monday called again and was told trans was in testing and couldn't make the shipping truck, again by the end of the week. following Monday was told my trans is a year specific trans and are waiting on a core from another customer to be returned. WORST customer service EVER!!
