Don’t do it this company sucks I bought a Transmissions April 12, 2020 and still no transmission Kevin will make promises that he will call you with tracking number and no call This place is a scam beware don’t waste your money 😡🥵🤬💔
Crooks. Pd. $800 for a transmission. The first one broke after 7 mos. The second one which took 7 weeks to get after lies, bad reviews, numerous phone calls didnt even work. Kevin blamed the shop putting in transmission for the reason it didnt work. Also covid was to blame for other delays. The blame is never theirs. Angel lies every time she gets on the phone. Order a transmission on April 20 online. The price was great but that's it. Says it would ship 7-10 business days even better my vehicle wouldnt be down long or I thought. 4 months later in August I dont have the transmission or my money when I canceled the order in June. Only hope you have of being refunded is to report them to your bank or credit card company as the frauds they are. I spoke with several managers, who apparently do not know how to manage. My girl friend took jeep compass to them to get transmission rebuild they had it for over three months trying to fix the issue...mad up lies after lies as to why it was taking so long. They were unable to fix transmission. She finally asked for a refund after 3 months of lies and bs... they said they sent out a check with no tracking which was never received, they then canceled that check and sent one out with tracking which took another 14 days to receieve..once it was received it wasn't for the whole amount it was like 600... read more
Do your research these reviews are fake ..there are over 60 complaints just with bbb over 100 pages of people being ripped off on transmissions they got me for 1200

I gave Got All Auto Parts one star because they didn't have a lower rating. They were slow delivering my transmission. The transmission didn't work. It took them 6 weeks and NUMEROUS calls to admit that they had sold me a defective transmission. They promised me they would send another. That was a month ago and I have called at least 2X per week and was promised shipment the next day. They never return calls or emails. They put you on hold once they find out your making a complaint.
