Purchased a transmission from ***** at got All Auto Parts. Transmission didn't come with the torque converter after install truck will not shift into any gears or run this is my main source of transportation and I have been without a rig for a month. Tried calling serial times emails no response. Supposed to have a 5 year unlimited mile warranty and won't even run off the crate. This company is a bunch of rip offs
Sent my transmission in and was promised by K***** that they would cover under warranty, that was 3 months ago. He lies period , then he stopped texting or anything. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, THEY RIP EVERYONE OFF. SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE.
GOTALL AUTO PARTS IS A JOKE. THAY WILL TELL YOU ONE THING AND STEAL YOUR MONEY SO FAST YOUR EYES WILL SPIN, THAY EVEN PROMISED ME WHEN THEY GOT BACK ON THEIR FEET THEY WOULD SEND ME A TRANMISSION NOW THAY ACT LIKE THAY DONT EVEN KNOW WHO I AM.
Bought and paid for a transmission on December 2020. They told me they were alittle behind due to the ****** Kept telling me it was done and being shipped and I would get a tracking number.... nothing. Made several calls and just received lies. Asked for my money back several times....nothing. Big time scam here, who will help?
I ordered a transmission Oct 14, 2020 paid for it on Oct 15 2020 have made lost of phone calls they have now stopped answering my calls and as of now I just want a refund of my money ,it's been over a year and I've been told about everything one could be told as to why the product I ordered could be fill to its sitting on the dock waiting to be picked up by transportation company and I mean this company no harm just want a refund that's all ,thank you
Order transmissions since May 28, 2021 and have been given the run around on when it would be shipped. Customer service is horrible, even when you get someone on the phone they fabricate by telling you it's been shipped. I have been waiting for about three months since the order was placed and to no avail. One transmission was sent that doesn't work in addition the converter wasn't sent and was promised it would be credit back on my card for not sending it. I thought I was the only one getting the run around, but now I know I'm not. I ordered from them before and did not have any issue's. This time thought it would be the same, wrong wrong wrong, after giving all info on car: year,make,model and whatever else they needed, after 1-3 months wrong transmission sent. Don’t do it this company sucks I bought a Transmissions April 12, 2020 and still no transmission Kevin will make promises that he will call you with tracking number and no call This place is a scam beware don’t waste your money 😡🥵🤬💔
