Update continued: As soon as this lets me, I will upload the conversations had between the staff and I. Where do I even start with this place. I was right in the fact that they can't deliver on promises. Between Kevin who said he was the man to get things done, Kelley who said she could, then Henry said he would. 3 months still nothing worst experience I've had. This place is a scam if I could give you a worse review I would a thousand times.
If I could put a -1000 I would. Shittiest place that I have ever dealt with. No help. They do not follow through. Keep saying they will refund me and that they sent out the check and receive nothing. I'll call back and they tell me they sent it out again.
Hey got all just a big thanks for the fast shipping on my 2009 escape transmission. Shifts better than new I will spread the word thanks again...
