Should have done our homework before purchasing from this company. We purchased a 4L60e on 8/21/2020, was told 10-14 days to ship. It is now January 27th, 2021, no product and no response from owners. Reading multiple reviews online and seems we are not the only ones to have been scammed from this company. They do not answer the phone or emails. SCAM…spend your money elsewhere!

I ordered a transmission for my silverado in September after three months of all the excuses in the book. Never receiving the transmission I canceled the order. I was assured that refunds go out on the 1st and 15th of every month. Still fighting with them and haven't been refunded. I just had a lovely conversation with the company. I was told my refund should be in my account by Tuesday. So we will see what happens.

I would like to start a lawsuit with everyone else who has had wrong doings with this place. I’m pretty sure they are stealing from more people than just me. If you are still owed money from them please contact me at spelunkingtexas at gmail dot com and we’ll see if we can get our money back.

Same issues as many before. They are using every excuse in the books with covid but If you read other reviews they are the same excuses for the last year to every customer no matter how many months apart. We ordered in October and told 15 business days. Still no charges made to our account when we called we were told they shut down for two weeks because someone caught covid and we’re now backed up. November we were finally charged and told two weeks before shipment. Two weeks later nothing! Emailed, called and got a response... read more

Ordered a transmission for Grandson’s work truck on 23 October, to be delivered in 5 days. Told by Kevin three weeks in a row it would arrive the following Wednesday. Every week I called and have now heard every excuse I could ever think of for part not being sent. December 2020 was told part was ready for shipment and would have tracking number today. Called today December 15, 2020 for tracking and now told they are building the transmission today. Same song and dance every week. My card was charged on November 5, 2020. Bew... read more

Crooks. Pd. $800 for a transmission. The first one broke after 7 mos. The second one which took 7 weeks to get after lies, bad reviews, numerous phone calls didnt even work. Kevin blamed the shop putting in transmission for the reason it didnt work. Also covid was to blame for other delays. The blame is never theirs. Angel lies every time she gets on the phone. Do not do business with them!! Fair warning! I even called the the police dept to make a complaint and just by giving them the address they knew the name of the place... read more

FRAUD!!!! These guys are crooks and liars! Do not purchase a single thing from these swindlers, it’s worth it to pay more elsewhere!! Jeff... you’re a worthless GM and Jennifer has rather tell a lie than the truth any day! I need my $1099 for the junk transmission you guys sold me! Once again... don’t give these guys any of your money because you won’t receive anything for it!

lied to numerous times about recieving transmission on when thier shipping time after time.. 2 months or so later finally get it with no torque converter. then looks like it been spray painted with shift cable bracket had stud broke off in the bolt hole and wire connector still attached with the wires cut spray painted over seemed a bit odd. installed after recieving torque cinverter 2 weeks later. transmission lasted about month came back with terrible noise in it wich could a few things goin on, talked to kevin on the phon... read more

Order a transmission on April 20 online. The price was great but that's it. Says it would ship 7-10 business days even better my vehicle wouldnt be down long or I thought. 4 months later in August I dont have the transmission or my money when I canceled the order in June. Only hope you have of being refunded is to report them to your bank or credit card company as the frauds they are. I spoke with several managers, who apparently do not know how to manage.
