Will never do business with these people, poor customer service and the owner and management could care less about the customer only concern they have is the dollar, will never buy anything from them, nor will I take any of my vehicles to any of their businesses.
Not that I needed a new truck today, the one I have had for 10 years let me know it was on its last leg. A huge shoutout to the Sales department at Gossett Dodge on Covington Pike. My sales person Phil Allen his manager Larry, Mr Williams in finance and the rest of the team that helped. I want to say thank you for showing me what I was needing and not trying to up-sell me. Horrible service - go to another city or state to buy or VW vehicle. They do not give appropriate service at all they only want your money - run!
