I went in to buy a car. I told them in advance I had a trade and I sent all of the trade information to them in advance. They called me and told me I was approved and to come in. On October 14, 2024, I leased my first vehicle. The process, to my surprise, was professional and easy. Service department is absolutely awful. My last vehicle was a Nissan and Wolfchase Nissan was a dream to deal with-I really wish I would’ve stuck with a Nissan. Kia has a recall on my Sportage. It’s a pain to have to take off work in order to take your vehicle in for a recall but that’s life so you just deal with the inconvenience.
