Had to rate a one star in order to post review but Goss doesn’t even deserve one star. WARNIG!!!! IN MY OPINION YOU SHOULD NEVER RENT FROM GOSS MANAGEMENT!!! They are the most dishonest rental property company I have ever had to deal with. Reported mold and mildew and peeling paint numerous times which they handled by sending an repair main with a bottle of bleach and a rag to wipe down walls. Most definitely slum lords maintenance never fixed issues when i moved in so i have to dispute the charges now that I moved out would never recommend any on to rent from them or ac Dixon who they are now partners with
Horrible! Slum Lords! I had to file a complaint thru the city to have multiple issues fixed!
Goss Management is more Gross Management. Young couple waited 3 weeks for them to "order" parts for air conditioning. The idea of waiting 11 days to repair heat in an apartment with an infant. Having an electrical problem take days to repair. Shut the gas off for 3 weeks before getting a repairman out. Of course what is a terrible situation without having flea infestation and no pest control. But this is only one apartment this year. There have been other situations I am aware of before this one. I hope Samson sues Goss & wins. They are a horrible management company. The Housing Authority always fails them after inspections. They treat every customer as if they are all on housing which is disgusting to say the least. Yes, Sally Goss is most definitely a **%#* All caps!!! Beware do not go to these people they will rip you off!!
Please do not ever rent from these people. The bad reviews previous to this one are all accurate. They have the worst attitude. Highly unprofessional. I tried to change addresses before my application was even processed and I got a nasty 'No'!! I have never heard of such a thing in my life. They wait so long to process your application like two weeks and I had to call them. All I can say is Proceed with Caution. Let these people be your last & final rental company. Go elsewhere Please!!!!
