My husband and I are military. We left our home under the management of Goss Realty Management. I recently learned that they allowed the last tenant to trash our home and repeatedly pay late. They then used the tenant's security deposit for past due rent fees while expecting us (the owners) to pay out of pocket to correct/fix the damages (beyond normal wear and tear) done by the tenant.
