I would rate them as negative one star if I could. If you are a small business or if you do not have a large insurance policy, this company is absolutely terrible to work with. For example, I operated a small business and this company did not inform me that owners were exempt from carrying workers compensation insurance if they applied for a waiver. It ended up costing me over $3,000 that I would not have to have otherwise paid. They must work on commissions, because they did absolutely nothing to help me get the right insur... read more
