Would you recommend this senior care facility to others? If I Had To Was this senior care facility's staff friendly? Yes Did the staff at this senior care facility ever take personal phone calls when they were supposed to be helping you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them. Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes

My Sister in Law and beloved friend spent her last 10 days at Gosnell Hospice before leaving us. Five stars do not do the facility and it's staff justice. Words cannot even express the loving care, compassion and even accomodations provided for us. I only wish my Mom and Dad had passed in such a serene surrounding providing family and patient with privacy, time and dignity. This is not anything like a hospital though it is staffed like one. Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate!
