Good buying experience except they sold me a vehicle with a transmission issue! When I was filling out paperwork, they explained that every used car sale comes with a warranty on the "big stuff" because they want to always be known as a great place to buy! The problems started when I tried to get more info about the warranty due to the transmission slipping and now suddenly they come back to me saying the warranty wasn't stated in the paperwork! My husband & I bought a NEW car from Goshen Motors Hyundai in 2013. We foolishly believed them when they told us they sold us a brand new car and we would have full use of the 3, 5 and 10 year warranties. We still have all our paperwork from the purchase. Imagine our surprise, when we had an issue with the car and found out the warranty started a good 9 months PRIOR to us buying the car and now we are out of the warranty period.
