They have had my car for 2 months and will be keeping it longer now because the work they did caused it to be undrivable. Save yourself the headache and the money! What a nightmare!

Don't do business with this dealership. They lie to your face about what their standard business practices are. I asked them not to send my deal to anymore banks after two said no. But, they continued to send it to eight different banks. Now, they have ruined my credit for the next two years. Please, don't do business with these liars, or you might regret it. Definitely don't deal with Andrew.

Goshen Motors was fantastic in resolving the issue of a rusted out front end subframe on my 2004 Hyundai Sonata. Oct. 26 It started making noise and handling erratically. When I got home and checked the front end one wheel was pointed slightly out from the other. I called Hyundai’s 800 Customer service line first. They explained there had been a recall in 2009 and my vehicle had been checked by a dealer in Charleslton, IL. These guys are a joke! Got my ignition switch changed out from these guys, when I got my truck back none of the remotes worked the lock and unlock on the door were reversed and my aftermarket remote start wouldn't work. So I take it back and all they fix is the remote lock and unlock, switch on the door still not working. So yea after I tore into the truck I find that the reason my remote start didn't work is because they cut a good portion of the wires out. I can only attest to my small handful of experiences with the service department. Hurried. Act bothered when you show up early. Rushed. Rather scripted and impersonal. They'll tell you that they dont have the time to check a noise that just started. Not even greeted with a hello. Chris Miller will lie to you and knowingly let you and your family drive 40 minutes one way to see a car he doesn't have. His explanation was that he had a different car to show me and that is why he lied. What a jerk, then he harassed me by phone until I made an adult sit him in a corner. Any employer or manager that lets him represent them will be sorry.
