I brought my car gir 20000km service and with a very clear issue: every time I start it, I get a warning saying the tailgate is open—even when it’s not. I explained this in detail, waited over 3 hours, and was told the issue “didn’t happen during the service.” Yet, when I started the later in the day there it was again. Either they didn’t bother checking properly, or they hoped I wouldn’t notice. Extremely disappointed. I won’t be returning.

2025 will be the year for the award for exceptional bad customer service and satisfaction. Couldn't get it anymore wrong if they tried. Had a second go and instead of redemption we got even more problems then we started with. Unfortunately I have to click one star to be able to post the understated review, understated because you will need to insert swearing where necessary. Should be no stars...
