Stay well away from here. I dropped off my large Stihl chainsaw which seemed to have a piece broken off the carbi. They said they would order a new carbi to suit, which was on back order at Stihl. I rang them after a month with no contact - "still waiting on parts". Same thing after month 2 and 3 when talking to their counter staff. After 3 1/2 months I got through to their mechanic who politely explained that they had previously discovered that the carbi wasn't available from Stihl, so they couldn't repair it.
