They may or may not be good mechanics but I will never know. While talking to a service person to book our car in the ‘owner’ interrupted and started talking over me. When I pointed out that neither of us could then hear what the other was saying she hung up. A very adult way of reacting!
These guys really know their European cars and are professional and courteous! Couldn't fault the work they did in my 4 series BMW.
