I bought a suv a little over a month ago the sales managers are crooks well at least 3 guys told me they where . Still waiting on my second key and window regulator that you guys are putting no effort to get. But where damn quick to take my $5000 down payment and my car I traded in. Recently bought a 2015 ford edge last on lot. Loved it the second we got into the car for a test drive,when it came time to talk #'s they came at us with an amazing deal. So we thought. We had the 1k incentive and then the 8500 down. Fiance asked if the 29k was the price out the door we were stoked and said yes, we'll low and behold we go to make the first payment and it's saying still owe 29k and come to find out that was the price after incentive and the 8500 down the car was 39k. I bought my Ford Fiesta from Gosch Temecula at a tent sale several years ago. Since then I have used the service department and I have always been taken care of with a smile. I called my service advisor (Kenn Olson) because the service engine light came on and it needed an oil change. I wanted to know how quickly he thought I should bring it in. Buyer beware with this dealership. My mom bought her van 13 months ago, it's currently in the shop for the 9th time. After the 3rd repair, the dealership bought her an extended warranty, what good is it when the repairs aren't covered under the warranty! Don't deal with this crooked dealership. They knew they sold her a screwed up vehicle, they just thought she was stupid enough to put up with it. Wrong.
They said that my car didn't have recall when it's been publicly known that Ford Focus has recalls and its clutches and drive like manual car. Repair cost $1200.00 over charged on repair. Last ford I'll buy.
Terrible experience, the sales people lied to me about a car just to get me down there, and I live in hemet and wasted my time and gas, I left the dealership not very happy, I won't be buying from gosch Ford.
