Service department at this stealership sucks!Take your car to a reputable local mechanic if you have a choice.I didn't,my car is still under warranty,so I am stuck with this place.

Recently got a Ford Escape 2017, I had a phenomenal experience, I had complete all round fantastic, satisfying run down with John Comey, Definitely recommend coming to him if you have any financing questions, He's the man to come to if you have any questions and made everything very easy....
We have bought 5 cars over the years from them and have had nothing but great service. Terri is a awesome salesperson who's great to work with! Additionally we have always brought our ford's for service there (oil changes, tire rotations new tires etc) and have always had a great experience. Our service writer is always friendly and efficient. Nice comfortable lounge as well.
Went looking at cars tonight not expecting to go home with anything yet I bought a 2014 Ford Fusion from Alfonso and we worked out a deal so that I could drive it home tonight... Definitely recommend coming and seeing what they can do for you so you can go home with a car.
All I got to say is I got a lemon car..... 2015 explorer with Windows that sound as if they're about to shatter with a squealing sound. I've took my car to service more than 4 times and they say that my car sounds better than other Explorers (that's not what I want to hear). It's very disappointing when you gotta pay over 37,000 for a car that's not 100%.
