I've been coming here with my truck for years and I'm very disappointed about today I will never bring my truck back there for service ever again very bad customer service
If you need service, there is only one advisor we choose to see! I can't even vouch for others because we stick to Rachelle, every time. For nearly two years, on every occasion, she has been helpful, smiled, understood our needs, and kept full contact through phone and/or email. A true asset to Gosch Ford, and we will continue to use her for as long as we're in Temecula.

Grant in the service department has always been the one to help me and did an amazing job. Today I came in and Chris in the service department helped me out. Very nice friendly gentleman. The waiting lounge was very clean and my son loved all the snacks. Gosch ford Temecula has always been great with customer service.
