I supposedly got a "full service" car wash on my new Escape. Back cargo area wasn't vacuumed, dirt all over the back bumper cover. Yes, outside was washed and inside driver area cleaned but that was it. Very disappointed in work. I guess that's what you get when it's free
Rachel Long is great. I missed my 15,000 mile service appointment on our 2015 Edge due to circumstances beyond my control and Rachel was able to get my car in the very next day and not only had the service done but the car came back sparkling clean in just a couple of hours in time for me to get it to my wife to run her errands! I will always have my vehicles serviced at Gosch Ford Temecula!
Alfonso Galindo went above and beyond most sales reps. He ensured my needs were met and made sure what I wanted in my vehicle was made possible. He took an active interest in what I was saying. I will buy another car from him in the future.
