Dropped my 2016 Ford Expedition for an oil change today, and our truck engine check light comes on, begins to shake and stalled out a couple of times in an attempt to get home. Truck was perfectly fine before getting it serviced. Usually it takes them all day to get the oil changed but today it was done in less than 3 hours; I’m under the impression that our oil was changed in a rush and done incorrectly. Service Department it’s the worst they don’t care about customers, I have a recall on my explorer I called to schedule an appointment 2 times they say they don’t have the part and they will call me back between 3 to 5 it’s been 10 days and still nothing it’s not the first time having issues with service department for everything
Gosch Ford has always provided me with the same experience BAD! Constant haranguing on the phone. Bad salespeople, one even yelled at us that he wasn’t making any money on the deal because we did our homework. Then when I wanted to buy roof rails he screamed at my wife and myself to leave. What is amazing is that this place is owned by the unctuous “Christian” give me a break, they suck.
Best car dealership I've been to. Great pricing and 5 star service without the hidden fees or pressure to buy. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Jason Noble went above and beyond the extra mile to get a customer from 290 miles away. I highly recommend this auto group.
