Steve Farley at Gormley is the ultimate in customer service! I had to get 2 new water heaters quickly and he not only sold them to me but told me all that was involved and what I needed in order to get them installed. Yes, there are extra costs for installation but he was very forthcoming in letting me know what those costs were, so there were no surprises. Thank you Gormley and Steve!
