I unfortunately did not catch the name of the guy who came out to look at my apartment this evening but he was very kind and professional. He showed up promptly and got the job done quickly. He even cleaned up after himself and when he was done. Thank you Gormley, this guy definitely deserves a Christmas bonus! 10 out of 10 would recommend!
I had a problem with my plumbing backing up on a Sunday night. They sent out a plumber at an emergency call rate. He still did the bare minimum and I am sure that the problem is not fixed. The sewer line is two older houses possibly connected together, he snaked one house but refused to snake the other because he couldn't find the clean out. and didn't want to take the more involved approach to snaking it because it was late.
I had Gormley replace my water heater and main shut off valve. They arrived and 9:45 and left at 4:20. I was billed for 8 hours of plumber time. They explained that I was billed for the guy loading his truck in the morning and unloading at night.
Need customers service training. Service persons should be dressed professionally in company shirts. Service persons should be on time, not 2 hours late and trucks should be equipped with parts.
Our water heater was leaking and Andy came out on a Saturday and installed a new one. We had been quoted several hundred dollars more by Home Depot Services and they couldn't install until the following Wednesday. Sometimes it just pays to go "local". We will definitely use Gormley for any future plumbing needs. Special thanks to Andy.
