The manager, an elderly white woman, was racist to my mom. My mom, a black woman, went to get her bracelet fixed here. The general employee, a young woman, was nice and helpful, but once the manager was done serving another customer, she gave the young employee a sign to stop the interaction with my mom. I went to Broadway plaza today on a hunt to find a nice gift for my cousin ahead of her birthday lunch and came across Gorjana.
