The manager, an elderly white woman, was racist to my mom. My mom, a black woman, went to get her bracelet fixed here. The general employee, a young woman, was nice and helpful, but once the manager was done serving another customer, she gave the young employee a sign to stop the interaction with my mom. The young employee’s mood quickly changed and she told my mom, “It’s expensive. You should take it somewhere else.” My mom was then escorted out of the store quickly by the younger employee.
