TJ has been my chiropractor for a few years now and he has helped relieve my pain so much all the while being the most personable and pleasant practitioner I've worked with.
I visited TJ for a slightly torn meniscus, and had multiple sessions with him and his shockwave machine. It was very helpful for my recovery. He has an awesome demeanor and has extensive knowledge of the body. I highly recommend seeing him!
I have received care for various neck and back issued over 5+ years from Jen, TJ, and Jess. They all are thorough, and do soft tissue release prior to chiropractic adjustments (also, recently shockwave therapy). At times, they will advise you on at-home exercises. I highly recommend!
