Both Jen and TJ amazing people and help so much with recovery and targeting the painful spots during active movements!
TJ is highly skilled and incredibly caring chiropractor. My back was in total lockdown/spasm and about to go out when I saw him. After a short treatment, everything had loosened up and gone back into place. What I thought would be a couple weeks of healing ended up being under an hour of care and I was back to my life. Thankful for his healing hands!

I had a 20-minute head and face massage from TJ and it was incredible. I was suffering from severe allergies and completely congested—after he finished, I could finally breathe for the first time in days! Absolute miracle hands. So talented and effective. Highly recommend!
