Great and easy experience!
Though the instructor, Ben was very hyper and sounded like a recorder, he was proficient and extremely knowledgeable in his craft. I felt I came away with a better understanding, experience, and skills than ever before. I have been doing these trainings for over 30 years. Thought not consistent, numerous. Thank you Red Cross!!!
The session was conducted in an informative, interactive and supportive environment. Clearly the goal was to educate and not to shame or fail anyone. Bravo to the team of Velma and Brady(?). He spoke fast and kept us all engaged. Very enjoyable!

Machines are nice and light. Clear instructions in both English and Spanish. Overall a nice compact machine
