My child had a dentist appointment at the Steele creek location and his dental assistant Courtney was amazing! Her attention to detail while cleaning my sons teeth is unmatched, Courtney is very very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions I had as it related to dentistry and the type of follow up treatment my son would need. I definitely would recommend her as the “go to” dental assistant at the Steele creek location.
From the front desk to the nurses and the doctors they are so helpful, understanding, kind and friendly. My little girl had a really bad experience with her first dentist, it was so traumatic for her that every time we will have a dentist appointment she will cry and shivering all the way to the office and once we got inside it was a heart breaking scene for me, as a mom I was so mad and disappointed at myself cause there was nothing I could do for her, then the nurse at the old dentist office refer me to YOUNG and POLITE CH... read more
Staff was super sweet. Courtney was so professional and explained everything as well as Dr. Grigsby. I will highly recommend Young and Polite.

Courtney was great with my daughter and explained took her time! The atmosphere is very calm and they sanitized everything.
Our family of 4 children have been patients at hound and polite for 13 years (ages 6-16). All of our children look forward to their cleanings and have had good experiences with any additional work needing to be done.
Last year the person that brushed Ryan’s teeth was not very patient so I had concerns. Courtney was so much more patient, encouraging and helpful. Ryan has a sensory processing disorder which makes things more complicated, but she considered that when working with him! They managed to get X-rays, clean his teeth & have the varnish put on. This was successful because she built a bit of a bond with him by the time we left. He even gave her a fist bump. When you start off with someone like her, things are so much easier!
I had an amazing experience with Courtney and the dentist! My son hates the dentists and Courtney was able to get him to calm down, clean his teeth and do xrays! She definitely deserves a raise.
Courtney took amazing care of us. So diligent and so helpful. Thank you for your patience!
