I strongly advise against trusting Gordy Automotive with your vehicle. My experience has been a nightmare of unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and what I can only describe as discriminatory treatment. I had my vehicle (2002 Ford Explorer Sport) towed to their facility on December 10, 2025. I was told it would be looked at within two days. Instead, they held my vehicle for 37 days without performing a single diagnostic test or repair. I brought my vehicle to Gordy Automotive over a month ago, and to this day, nothing has been done to it. I have received no phone calls, no updates, and no follow-up, despite repeatedly reaching out and leaving messages. I have driven past the lot multiple times and can clearly see that my car has not been moved at all since it was dropped off.
