I have used Gordon's remodeling to have my roof replaced and fix an interior ceiling leak. The team showed up on time and ready to work. The service and workmanship were both excellent as they went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I would definitely use for future projects.
Clay and his team are very professional and neat in their work. My house caught fire and the initial contractors scammed me out of so much due to their dishonesty in their professionalism. This is whne Clay and his team showed up and did an amazing job with my house! Clay is very fair, transparent and honest in his work. Thanks to he and the entire team for fixing my house! I am moved in and loving every moment.
Our experience with Gordon Remodeling, LLC was extremely disappointing. From the outset, he failed to satisfy even the most basic requests. We could never get an accurate picture rendering of the work to be done before starting, from the architect Clay Gordon recommended. Clay displayed a complete lack of professionalism, leaving subcontractors unsupervised, which resulted in subpar workmanship in electrical, gas, and carpentry tasks. They were unprofessional and wanted payment BEFORE finishing the work. I would NOT recommend this contractor for remodeling. They even took several of our construction supplies while we were away when we refused to pay BEFORE the work was completed. While working on our bathroom with the toilet placed in one bedroom, they did not bother to return the toilet to the bathroom when they left! Luckily, we found a trustworthy contractor to finish the much-needed remodeling for our water-damaged home - but what a nightmare.
I HAD WATER DAMAGE IN MY HOME IN JUNE & 3 CONTRACTORS THAT DID NOT WORK OUT & STATE FARM HOME OWNERS ARE THE WORST. IN AUGUST I WAS IN BATH & BODY WORKS MET MR. GORDAN HE GAVE ME HIS CARD THE NEXT DAY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT HE CAME OUT & GAVE ME HIS ESTIMATE. MY ADJUSTER THOUGHT HE WASN'T LEGIT & SAID ONCE I PULLED UP HIS NUMBER HIS COMPANY CAME STRAIGHT UP WHICH HE SAID VERY USUALLY. AFTER 2 WEEKS FINALLY MR.
