Dr. Poelman and is staff have always delivered excellent dental care to myself and my family. Every experience no matter what I'm having done ... from cleaning to x-rays to major dental work is done on A++ professional level way. I can't tell you how much I appreciate having this office to relay on for my dental needs..
Dr. Poelman and his staff are all very professional and easy to deal with but friendly and relaxed at the same time. All work to be done is explained in terms easily understood.Dr. Poelman has been our family dentist for many years. He is very good with kids. His manner puts children at ease and that puts parents at ease. His staff is absolutely top quality!
The office is welcoming and everyone was professional and friendly. I have never felt comfortable in a dentists office until now. I will actually look forward to going back for my regular check ups.

If there would be any way to improve their service, friendliness and professionalism, I don't know what it would be. Dr. Poelman is not only the best, but he is very compassionate. The staff doesn't fall far from the tree. They are top notch. They were able to create a program of care for my daughter, who is currently unemployed. They went out of their way to help her with a payment plan that was in line with her circumstances.
